We will provide on-going support group to veterans and families
Information and Referral
Provide informational and referral to individual veterans and families to services available from the VA or local supportive services agency
Veterans Roundtable of Silicon Valley
A gathering of Veterans and interested persons discussing issues on improving the livelihood of Veterans and their families and discovering solutions to their issues
Workshops
Benefits and Compensation
We believe veterans should be provided with opportunities to know about available compensation and benefits from the federal and state governments. This is a bi-weekly workshop. Offered Saturdays.
Business Writing and Communication Skills
To be leaders, one must be able to communicate well and work well with others. This workshop teaches life enhancing skills, covering business writing and communications. Offered Saturdays.
Computer Skills
You need computer skills regardless of any occupation you may wish to pursue. This workshop covers the utility of different software including Microsoft Office Suite. Offered Friday evenings.
Employment Seeking Skills
This workshop is for those who are in the process of looking for a job and need assistance in preparing to obtain a job.Workshop covers resume writing, pre-interview work, and interview role playing. Offered Saturdays.
